Antonio Forte

Founder & Managing Attorney

Antonio Forte is the founder and managing attorney of Forte Law PLLC. He advises business owners, investors, executives, professionals, creators, and companies on business immigration, corporate transactions, and selected disputes.

Before founding Forte Law, Antonio represented businesses ranging from early-stage ventures to publicly traded companies. Across those representations, his work spanned corporate and transactional matters, complex commercial litigation and arbitration, and regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings. He also handled matters involving local, state, and federal authorities, including investigations and administrative proceedings affecting regulated businesses.

Within that broader practice, Antonio developed particular experience in financial services and digital assets during an early period in the legal development of the cryptocurrency industry. His work involved novel questions of licensing, regulation, enforcement, commercial disputes, and business operations as the law evolved alongside the technology. He also represented clients in healthcare, insurance, and other regulated industries.

Earlier in his career, Antonio practiced at a large Florida law firm and later worked in-house for a publicly traded insurance company, giving him experience from both outside counsel and client-side perspectives. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to a Miami-Dade County Circuit Court judge.

His experience across litigation, transactions, regulatory matters, and in-house work informs a practical and commercially aware approach to legal advice.

Antonio is admitted to the Florida Bar and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
